This website is operated by Automiq24 (Dubai, United Arab Emirates). This policy explains what information we collect through https://automiq24.com, how we use it, and how you can contact us about it.

When you submit a consultation, quotation, buy/renew, or general contact form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, work email, phone number, company name, and any message or context you include. Form submissions may also record which page you submitted the form from and, where present, standard marketing attribution parameters (such as utm_source) already present in the page URL.

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure (Vercel) automatically logs standard technical request information (such as IP address, request timestamps, and basic request metadata) for security, abuse prevention, and reliability purposes. We do not use this logging to build advertising profiles.

3. What we do not collect

We do not run advertising or analytics tracking scripts on this website (no Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, or similar), and we do not set non-essential cookies. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated and, where required, a consent mechanism will be added before any such tool is activated.

4. How we use your information

• To respond to consultation, quotation, and general enquiries you submit;
• To create and manage a corresponding lead record in our Bitrix24 CRM so our team can follow up;
• To provide Bitrix24 licensing, implementation, or related information you've requested;
• To maintain the security and reliability of this website (e.g. rate limiting and spam prevention).

5. Who we share it with

Form submissions are sent to our Bitrix24 CRM (operated by Bitrix, Inc. / its regional affiliate), which we use to manage leads and follow-up. Our website is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure, which processes requests to serve the site and may retain standard server logs as described above. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

If you contact us via WhatsApp using a link on this site, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's (Meta's) own privacy practices, which we do not control.

6. Bitrix24 pricing data

The pricing shown on our Bitrix24 pricing page is retrieved from Bitrix24's official public UAE pricing pages by our own servers, on a schedule, for display on this site. This process does not collect any personal information about you as a visitor.

7. Cookies and browser storage

This website does not set non-essential cookies or use browser storage for tracking purposes. Any storage strictly necessary for a form or interface to function (for example, retaining your place in a multi-step form during a single visit) is limited to what is technically required and is not used to identify you across visits or other websites.

8. Data retention

Lead information submitted through our forms is retained in our Bitrix24 CRM for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain our business relationship, or until you request deletion (see our Data Deletion Instructions). Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period for security and operational purposes.
